How we research

For every machine, grinder, brewer, pod, and bean we cover, we synthesize manufacturer specifications, official brand guidance (such as recommended descaling intervals), and reputable professional and owner reviews. We weigh build quality, performance, ease of use, and value, then distill it into clear, plain-language guidance. Our recommendations are research-based. Where we share a genuine hands-on impression, we say so explicitly — we do not present research as first-hand lab testing.

How we handle prices

Prices shown on product cards are pulled live from Amazon and stamped with the time we fetched them. Prices change constantly, so we never hand-type or estimate a price — the timestamp tells you how fresh the figure is. Always confirm the current price on Amazon before buying.
